Madras High Court reverses wrong RTI order

The Madras High Court had recently ruled that Right to Information applications should provide the reason for seeking the information.

Subsequently, it realised its mistake that the RTI Act has no provision which requires such a declaration by the applicant, and changed its observations in the order.
